Small marzipan sheet cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Rum flavor
  • 1 pack of cake icing, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

With rum flavor

Mix the first three ingredients together, then add the marzipan, torn into small pieces, and stir until the pieces have dissolved. Combine the flour, nuts, almonds, and baking powder, add to the batter, and mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet (approx. 20 x 28 cm) with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake the cake for 20 minutes and then let it cool. Once cooled, cover the cake with dark icing.
