Colorful Things in Cheese Sauce

  • 1 Kg Potatoes
  • 500 g Colorful vegetables frozen
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 g Processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp 8 Kräutermischung TK
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in the vegetable stock.
  2. Cook the colorful vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) in salted water until cooked.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, add 300 ml. Vegetable stock, wine and milk and bring to the boil while stirring, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg, stir in the herb mixture and processed cheese and bring to the boil again while stirring.
  4. Arrange the potatoes and vegetables on plates. Pour the sauce over and serve.
