Colorful Things in Cheese Sauce

- 1 Kg Potatoes
- 500 g Colorful vegetables frozen
- Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 g Processed cheese
- 1 tbsp 8 Kräutermischung TK
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in the vegetable stock.
- Cook the colorful vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) in salted water until cooked.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, add 300 ml. Vegetable stock, wine and milk and bring to the boil while stirring, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg, stir in the herb mixture and processed cheese and bring to the boil again while stirring.
- Arrange the potatoes and vegetables on plates. Pour the sauce over and serve.
