Small puff pastry pizzas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (approx. 275 g)
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 50 g salami, in thin slices
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly basil or oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pizza pastries made from puff pastry for buffets or as a snack

Roll out the puff pastry, cut into the desired size and quantity, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix crème fraîche with tomato paste, salt, pepper, and paprika and spread on the pastry slices. Top with onion rings, salami and tomato slices, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with basil or oregano, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
