Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g wheat flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for a springform pan 18 cm diameter
Grease the bottom of an 18 cm springform pan. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the flour and baking powder together, place in a mixing bowl, and add all the other ingredients except the cocoa. Mix everything together for about 1 minute until you have a smooth batter. Divide the batter in half and add the cocoa to one half. First, place a spoonful of light batter in the center of the pan, then a spoonful of dark batter, and then another spoonful of light batter. Continue to fill the pan with the light and dark batter, alternating directly on top of each other. Place in the oven (bottom third of the oven shelf) and bake for 40 minutes. Leave in the pan for another 10 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack. For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with enough lemon juice to form a thick glaze. Cover the cake with the glaze.
