Smoked Gourmet Salmon Baguette – Flamed Salmon –
The perfect smoked gourmet salmon baguette – flamed salmon – recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Replacement white for the fish above:
- 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper
- 1 tsp Juniper berries
- 1 tsp Sea-Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 4 Baguette rolls
- Herb butter
- Iceberg lettuce
- Stremel salmon !!!! 🙂
- Grind all the spices in a grinder or mortar and season the salmon with them and rub a little – only on the meat side, not on the skin! Now place on a grill tray!
- Preheat the smoker to 110 degrees, then cook the salmon for 40 minutes until it is translucent! Meanwhile, clean, wash and spin the iceberg lettuce!
- Now cut the baguette roll open and butter with herb butter. Top with iceberg lettuce. Pluck salmon from the skin and spread generously on the rolls!
- Serve immediately AND enjoy! 🙂
- In the original, the dish is called flamed salmon and is cooked over the flame! We’ll try that next time on the Smoker’s Firebox! 🙂
