Smoked Gourmet Salmon Baguette – Flamed Salmon –

The perfect smoked gourmet salmon baguette – flamed salmon – recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Replacement white for the fish above:

  • 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 tsp Juniper berries
  • 1 tsp Sea-Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
  • 4 Baguette rolls
  • Herb butter
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Stremel salmon !!!! 🙂
  1. Grind all the spices in a grinder or mortar and season the salmon with them and rub a little – only on the meat side, not on the skin! Now place on a grill tray!
  2. Preheat the smoker to 110 degrees, then cook the salmon for 40 minutes until it is translucent! Meanwhile, clean, wash and spin the iceberg lettuce!
  3. Now cut the baguette roll open and butter with herb butter. Top with iceberg lettuce. Pluck salmon from the skin and spread generously on the rolls!
  4. Serve immediately AND enjoy! 🙂
  5. In the original, the dish is called flamed salmon and is cooked over the flame! We’ll try that next time on the Smoker’s Firebox! 🙂
