Ingredients

  • 2 Pc. Aluminum shells
  • 1 Pc. Grill tray
  • 3 Pc. Tart apples
  • 3 Pc. Apples sweetish
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Blackberries

Instructions

  • Cut the apples with a spiral cutter.
  • Put hay in an aluminum bowl. Place a second aluminum dish in the first and poke holes in the bottom of the second dish with a fork. Place a grill tray in the two stacked aluminum trays and distribute the apples on top. The grill tray is necessary so that the apples do not cover the holes through which the smoke should penetrate. Cover the apples with aluminum foil.
  • Place the apples on the grill and grill them directly at 180 degrees. Close the lid of the grill. After a while the hay starts to smoke and smokes the apples. After 25 minutes, remove the aluminum bowls with the apples from the grill and arrange the apples in portions on four plates.
  • Scatter the walnuts over the apples and pour 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over each serving. Fill the fresh blower into a piping bag with a very fine nozzle or into a freezer bag without a stand and cut off one of the lower corners. Sprinkle the cheese decoratively on the apples. Finally, garnish each serving with blueberries and blackberries.
