Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g pasta, e.g. B. Mini Farfalle
- 140 g smoked meat, cooked
- 60 g onion(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley, chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the smoked meat into small cubes. Brown the onion in hot oil with butter, add the meat, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the drained pasta, mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the parsley. Serve in well-warmed, deep plates. Serve with a green or mixed salad.
