Smoked Salmon French Toast
The perfect smoked salmon french toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Discs Black bread
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Chilli flakes
- 4 quarter 1 Tomate zum Garnieren
- Beat the eggs, whisk and place in a shallow bowl. Put in the 4 slices of bread and turn them over later. The bread slices should now have completely soaked up the whisked eggs. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the bread slices soaked with egg in it on both sides until golden-brown and spread over 2 plates. Spread the smoked salmon on the bread slices, season with colored pepper from the mill and chilli flakes and garnish each with a quarter of a tomato, serve.
