Smoked Salmon French Toast

The perfect smoked salmon french toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Black bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Chilli flakes
  • 4 quarter 1 Tomate zum Garnieren
  1. Beat the eggs, whisk and place in a shallow bowl. Put in the 4 slices of bread and turn them over later. The bread slices should now have completely soaked up the whisked eggs. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the bread slices soaked with egg in it on both sides until golden-brown and spread over 2 plates. Spread the smoked salmon on the bread slices, season with colored pepper from the mill and chilli flakes and garnish each with a quarter of a tomato, serve.
