Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 3 m.-sized potatoes, boiled
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 8 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 10 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the smoked salmon and mix it with the chopped eggs, chopped capers, and the remaining ingredients until smooth. Form into 8-10 meatballs and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until crispy on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce using the listed ingredients. Serve both on plates and serve with salad and baguette or flatbread.
