Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slices of smoked pork – salmon
- 6 slices of processed cheese
- 500 ml Hollandaise sauce, possibly reduced-fat
- 1 can pineapple slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Arrange the smoked salmon, pineapple, and melted cheese in a pie plate. Then pour over the hollandaise sauce. Bake in the oven at 220°C for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with French fries.
