Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 5 cm cucumber(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 2 peppers, green, from the jar
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • some balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber, cut them into small cubes, and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add them. Drain the corn. Chop the peppers and add them to the bowl with the corn. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
