Smoked Vegetable Soup;
The perfect smoked vegetable soup; recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Scooter without a net
- 400 g Cauliflower & Broccoli Mix
- 3 peeled Scarlet
- 3 peeled toes Garlic fresh
- 2 washed unpeeled New potatoes
- 1,5 liter Smoked water
- 1 Soup cubes Vegetables
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 KL Aniseed spice
- Simmer the egg roller for 60 minutes, remove from the boiling water and set aside.
- Meanwhile soak cauliflower & broccoli in water, clean, spin dry, roughly dice with the other ingredients and bleach in heated rapeseed oil.
- Pour in the smoked boiling water and simmer for about 25 minutes, meanwhile add the new potatoes, cut into small pieces, stir-fry and simmer.
- The smoked vegetable soup is ready and it is extremely tasty!
- Only then does the sliced smelter with krenn and sauerkraut follow – but that’s another story!
- After I’m only 1 person, but the soup is easily enough for 4 people, and I’m only here two days (before the start of the Easter holiday), I have to freeze the rest of the soup (space available).
