- 75 g almonds, without skin
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp, heaped cranberries from the jar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Breakfast and more
Roast the almonds without fat. Once cooled, chop them roughly. Whisk the cream cheese and milk until creamy. Stir in the cinnamon, cranberries, and almonds. This spread is perfect not only for breakfast but also as a snack at the office or work. Tip: If you like it a little spicier, you can stir in dried pink peppercorns.
