Smokey's apricot and feta skewers

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 150 g feta cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • 12 apricot(s), dried
  • 12 leaves of basil, large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finger food for an aperitif

Combine olive oil, pepper, and oregano and marinate the feta cubes briefly. Then wrap each feta cube with a basil leaf and thread an apricot and a feta cube onto 12 small wooden skewers. Serve as an aperitif.
