Smokey's Calvados Apple Punch

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 100 ml Calvados
  • possibly ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For the cold days

Heat the apple juice with the lemon juice and cinnamon (it should be hot, but not boiling), add the honey, and stir. Pour in the Calvados and immediately pour into two cups. If you like, you can add a slice of lemon. If you like ginger, you can add a slice of ginger while heating. Tip: If you warm the cups beforehand, the punch will stay hot longer.
