Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp oil (nut oil)
  • 3 tbsp broth
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roast the sesame seeds without fat and roast the nuts separately without fat, let cool, and set aside. Mix the vinegar, oil, broth, mustard, garlic, and spices well, then fold in the parsley, sesame seeds, and nuts. This dressing pairs well with red and white cabbage, lamb’s lettuce, beets, or carrots.
