Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 150 g broccoli
- salt water
- Water (ice water)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Low carb, SiS-suitable not only for Easter
Cook the broccoli in salted water until soft and immediately cool in ice water. Puree with an immersion blender. Halve the eggs and remove the yolks. In a bowl, break the egg yolks with a fork and mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the broccoli puree with the mixture and pipe the mixture into a piping bag. Use this to fill the egg whites.
