Smoking Bull
The perfect smoking bull recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Quark
- 7 g Chili oil
- 7 g Garlic oil
- 10 g Danish Smoked Salt -Salt-
- 12 g Paris pepper mix
- 2 g Birdeye chilli
- 3 g Ancho chilli
- Put the quark in a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Place in the fridge for about 10 minutes and let rest. Then stir again briefly and serve
