Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small pear(s)
- ½ apple
- ½ banana(s)
- 200 ml orange juice (more or less, depending on the desired consistency)
- 1 tsp, heaped chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
For chive lovers
Chop the pear, apple, and banana (or other fruit to taste) and place them in a blender. Add the teaspoon of chives, pour in the desired amount of orange juice (I use mild), and blend everything in a blender. If desired, refrigerate briefly before drinking (it will thicken slightly; add a little more orange juice if necessary). Yields approximately 500-700 ml, depending on the size of the fruit and the amount of juice.
