Smoothie with arugula and spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 handfuls of arugula
  • 3 handfuls of leaf spinach
  • ½ kohlrabi
  • 2 handfuls of grapes, green
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 jar water or fruit juice, e.g. orange juice
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the arugula, spinach leaves, and grapes and place them in a bowl. Peel the banana and kohlrabi, cut into small pieces, and then add them to the bowl. Halve the kiwi, scoop out the fruit, and add it as well. Add a glass of water or juice and blend everything. Stir in a little honey if desired and serve cold.
