Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 bag(s) of drink powder (orange flavor)
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 1 small bottle/s of food coloring, blue
  • n. B. Sweets (e.g. Rubber Smurfs or similar)
  • possibly sprinkles (colored sugar sprinkles)
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

ideal for children’s birthdays, made very quickly

Sprinkle the cake base with whipped cream stiffener. Drain the mandarins and let them drain well. Mix the sour cream with the drink powder. Whip the cream with the whipped cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Carefully mix the stiff cream with the sour cream. Tint it blue with food coloring. Spread the cream on the cake and smooth it down. Then refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour. Decorate with Smurfs and sprinkles, if desired, before serving.
