  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tbsp semolina

Mix all ingredients, pour into a greased muffin tin, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30-35 minutes. Tip: If the muffins get too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
