Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 70 g meringue(s)
  • 300 g quark
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

without cream

Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl. Crumble the meringues over them. Mix the yogurt with the quark and vanilla sugar. Pour over the meringues. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Prepare ahead of time, as the raspberries still need to thaw. A delicious dessert you’ll never get enough of!
