Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 12 tbsp sugar
- 12 tbsp oil
- 12 tbsp flour
- ¾ point baking powder
- ¼ liter syrup (raspberry syrup)
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 points cream stiffener
- 1 pt. biscuit(s), (butter biscuits)
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
the slightly different, but no less delicious Snow White cake
Whisk the eggs, sugar, and oil until frothy, then fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Spread onto the baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Bring the raspberry syrup and vanilla pudding to a boil, add the raspberries, and bring back to a boil. Spread the mixture onto the cooled cake and let cool. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and spread it over the raspberry topping. Top with butter biscuits and sprinkle with sugar. (Bisses need about 4 hours to set.)
