Batter:

Filling:

  1. Mix the quark, sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy …. Whip the cream until stiff and let the cream stiffener slowly trickle in …. now the cream is mixed with the quark ….
  2. Place the sprinform ring and a cut strip of baking paper around the cake …. Spread the quark cream mixture on the cake …. smooth it out and let it set in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours.

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the cherry juice …. Mix the cake glaze with a little cherry juice …. Pour the juice into a small saucepan ….. switch on and stir in the dissolved cake glaze with a whisk …. bring to the boil once while stirring constantly. .. take off the stove and let cool down briefly.
  2. Take the cake out of the fridge and quickly spread the topping on the cream …. wait a moment and decorate with the flowers …. Then either put it in the fridge again for 4 hours …. it is better to stay overnight ….
  3. So now I wish you all the best for a nice coffee hour … The 60 minutes refer to the pure preparation … this does not include the cooling time … so do it one day in advance … it’s worth it!
