Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 40 g cream (marshmallow cream or fluff)
  • 50 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients for 6 – 8 muffins; ideal for wedding cupcakes

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Mix the cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth. Add the white chocolate and mix well. Pipe the cream onto the cooled cakes. You may need to chill the cream briefly in the refrigerator to retain the texture of the piping.
