Quick mug cakes with Nutella

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g Nutella or other nut-chocolate spread
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 g flour
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

done very quickly

Melt the chocolate-nut spread of your choice in the microwave for about 30 seconds at 900 watts. Add the flour and mix briefly, then add the egg and mix in. Grease a cup or ovenproof dish with butter and pour in the batter. Now cook in the microwave for about 90 seconds at 900 watts. If you want the cake to be a little more liquid on the inside, 60 seconds is usually enough. Alternatively, it can also be prepared in the oven; the crust will be a little crispier on top. In this case, you should preheat the oven to 180 degrees and check after 10 minutes. As soon as the cake starts to pull away from the edges and the crust is already there, it should still be liquid on the inside but is done. Ultra quick to make and not quite as sweet. If you don’t have Nutella, you can also replace the Nutella with 100g butter, 50g sugar and 80g chocolate.
