Cream cheese balls

Drain the low-fat quark thoroughly. Drain the cream cheese. Combine both in a bowl with the finely grated Parmesan, chili flakes, panko, lemon juice, and lemon and orange zest. If the mixture is too wet, stir in a little more panko. Chill the mixture for about 1 hour. Then, with moistened hands, form the mixture into small balls, roll them in the coarsely grated Parmesan, place them on a plate, and chill until ready to serve.
