Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 60 g flour
- 125 g starch flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cream the butter or margarine until fluffy. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the 70g of powdered sugar for dusting the cookies. Add the remaining powdered sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla sugar to the butter and knead into a dough. Chill the dough for about 45 minutes. Then form into cherry-sized balls and flatten with a fork on the baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes and dust with the 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
