Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 ½ packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g margarine
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 500 ml milk
  • possibly confectionery (Rafaello)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The quick coconut cake

Cook the vanilla pudding with the milk (sugar isn’t needed, otherwise it will be very sweet). Add the powdered sugar and margarine to the pudding and let it cool slightly. Stir in the quark and coconut flakes. Spread the mixture on the cake base and sprinkle with coconut flakes. If desired, place Raffaelos on top of the cake.
