Snowman Poopoo – winter candy

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g spiced speculatius
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder, instant
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Dany’s creation

Crumble the cookies using a food processor or in a sealed freezer bag. In a bowl, combine the crumbs with the instant cocoa, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and butter pieces. Add a little milk for consistency. The mixture shouldn’t be too mushy. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar with the cocoa powder until well combined. Now, with cool hands, shape the cookie mixture into small, bite-sized “poopoos” and roll them in the cocoa powder. Let them set on a plate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. Kids love these snowman poops. If you don’t like speculatius biscuits, you can use the same amount of butter biscuits.
