Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 9 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 70 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 points cookie(s) (soft cake)
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 7 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 cup cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 45 minutes

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and beat for a long time. Stir in the egg yolks. Add the remaining ingredients for the batter and bake on a large baking sheet for about 25 minutes. For the cream, beat the sour cream, quark, and sugar until fluffy. Dissolve the gelatin and stir in. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture. Spread half of the cream over the sponge cake and divide the biscuits into two halves and place them evenly over the cream. Spread the remaining cream on top and chill. Make a chocolate glaze and spread it over the cake to finish. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
