- 100 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g raisins
- 250 g flour
- ½ bottle of rum flavoring

Cream the butter, sugar, rum flavoring, and eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Stir in the flour, then stir in the raisins. Using two spoons, scoop out small heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The cookies will spread slightly, so leave some space between them. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at approximately 170°C (convection oven) until not too dark (approx. 10 minutes). Makes approximately 40 cookies.
