Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl passion fruit juice
  • 3 cl orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp syrup (vanilla syrup – very important!)
  • 1 ½ cl vodka
  • e.g. ice cream, diced or crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes like Solero ice cream, very refreshing

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a highball glass. Top with ice, if desired, and serve.
