The perfect soup chicken salad – without mayonnaise … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cooked soup chicken
  • 5 small Pickled gherkins pickled
  • 1 kl. glass Tomato peppers
  • 1 glass Silver onions
  • 2 kl. Cans 1St choice mushrooms
  • 2 kl. Cans Asparagus
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 teaspoon Steak seasoning
  1. Find the chicken from the bones and then cut into 1 cm cubes. Dice the cucumbers and tomato peppers much finer, halve the silver onions (if they are large, even quarter them), cut the mushrooms into small slices and the asparagus into 3 cm pieces.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, then add the oil, a little pepper and the steak seasoning and carefully mix all the ingredients together. Cover and let the lettuce soak in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
  3. This salad tastes very good, although relatively little seasoning is used; the ingredients just harmonize really well with each other.
