- 1 Cooked soup chicken
- 5 small Pickled gherkins pickled
- 1 kl. glass Tomato peppers
- 1 glass Silver onions
- 2 kl. Cans 1St choice mushrooms
- 2 kl. Cans Asparagus
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Pepper from the grinder
- 1 teaspoon Steak seasoning
- Find the chicken from the bones and then cut into 1 cm cubes. Dice the cucumbers and tomato peppers much finer, halve the silver onions (if they are large, even quarter them), cut the mushrooms into small slices and the asparagus into 3 cm pieces.
- Put everything in a bowl, then add the oil, a little pepper and the steak seasoning and carefully mix all the ingredients together. Cover and let the lettuce soak in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
- This salad tastes very good, although relatively little seasoning is used; the ingredients just harmonize really well with each other.
