The perfect sauces & dip’s: coconut – chili – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- 80 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 80 ml Chili peppers
- 1 chopped Red onion
- 1 crushed Chine. garlic
- Lemon or lime juice
- Salt
- Put the oil in a pan and heat it, sauté the chilli, the onions and the garlic until soft. Then add the coconut milk and heat it up. Add a little lemon or lime juice and salt to taste.
- Let the whole thing cool down.
- Super tasty with rice, noodle and vegetable salads 🙂
