Sauces & Dip’s: Coconut – Chili – Sauce

The perfect sauces & dip’s: coconut – chili – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 80 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 80 ml Chili peppers
  • 1 chopped Red onion
  • 1 crushed Chine. garlic
  • Lemon or lime juice
  • Salt
  1. Put the oil in a pan and heat it, sauté the chilli, the onions and the garlic until soft. Then add the coconut milk and heat it up. Add a little lemon or lime juice and salt to taste.
  2. Let the whole thing cool down.
  3. Super tasty with rice, noodle and vegetable salads 🙂
