Soup: Cream of Green Bean and Pea Soup

- 2 g Ginger
- 300 g Green beans
- 230 g Peas green fresh
- 3 tbsp Oil
liquids
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Semi-Dry white wine
- 200 g Sour cream 20% fat

- 2 tsp Colorful pepper
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 0,25 tsp Ground allspice
preparation
- Peel and roughly chop ginger … Wash, clean and chop the beans … Peel the peas
Cook
- Heat the oil in a saucepan … Brown the ginger, beans and peas for about 5 minutes … Fill up the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes … Add the wine and sour cream and puree … with spices to taste
Serve
- Transfer to deep plates, garnish with a poached egg and enjoy hot
