Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 65 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • some salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pour the melted butter into a bowl. Then add the breadcrumbs and eggs. Mix everything together and season with spices. Chill until firm, then form into small dumplings. Add these to the hot soup and let them cook briefly.
