Soup with Shot
The perfect soup with shot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Soup with a shot
- 1 Vegetable onion
- Sunflower oil to your taste
- 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- 300 ml Beef broth, frozen
- 100 ml Beer
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Lemon juice
- 2 Twigs Spice – thyme
Soup with a shot
- Peel the vegetable onion and slice it into thin slices. Add sunflower oil to a saucepan as desired and heat. Add the fine onion slices and sauté them for about a quarter of an hour until they are soft. Then season with a pinch of raw cane sugar, salt & gourmet pepper.
- While stirring, let simmer for about 10 minutes until light brown. Then add the whole thing with the beef broth (for me frozen cubes) and the beer. Bring to the boil, then switch down and simmer for a few minutes. Peel the clove of garlic and put it through a press and press into the soup.
- Take one of the two twigs and pluck the leaves off and add. Stir and season again with a splash of lemon juice, salt and gourmet pepper, season to taste. Then fill in a soup cup and enjoy.
