Soups: Banana Soup

- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 20 g Butter
- 300 ml Vegetable broth *
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Cream 30% fat
- 2 piece Bananas, ripe
- 2 teaspoon Yellow curry powder
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs
- Peel and dice the onion. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion in it.
- Deglaze with vegetable stock and cook the onions for approx. 5 minutes until soft.
- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Add this to the soup and puree with the magic wand.
- Add the milk, cream and the spices and sweeten with maple syrup. Beat again and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on preheated plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve immediately.
