Soups: Chinatown Banana Soup

- 350 g Banana fresh
- 150 g Diced carrots
- 150 g Celery cubes
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0,5 Diced onion
- 400 g Pineapple canned
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Szechuan pepper
- 1 Msp Chilli from the mill
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, ginger) and let them sweat. Pour in the broth and simmer on a low heat until soft. Stir in pineapple and banana as well as the spices and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste.
