Soups: Chinatown Banana Soup

  • 350 g Banana fresh
  • 150 g Diced carrots
  • 150 g Celery cubes
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 Diced onion
  • 400 g Pineapple canned
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Szechuan pepper
  • 1 Msp Chilli from the mill
  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, ginger) and let them sweat. Pour in the broth and simmer on a low heat until soft. Stir in pineapple and banana as well as the spices and puree with a hand blender. Season to taste.
