  • 30 g Butter
  • 5 Sausages
  • 0,5 tsp Dried thyme
  • 0,5 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 pinch Ground white pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 L Instant meat broth
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 3 pinch Garlic powder
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 medium Fresh onion
  • 80 g Bacon white

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Cut the bacon into cubes, leave in the saucepan. Peel and dice the onion, and let it simmer in the bacon until translucent. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and wash the carrots and celery and also cut into small cubes.

Preparation:

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the diced vegetables. The butter flavored the vegetables and made them taste stronger. Sprinkle the vegetables with garlic powder and cook with them.
  • Add bacon with steamed onion, then add the broth and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Season the stew with salt and pepper. Stir in parsley, marjoram and thyme.
  • Put the sausages in the potato soup and let them steep in the soup. Attention!!!! The soup must no longer boil, otherwise the sausages will burst and lose their taste.
  • Serve hot potato soup with sausages.
