Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 250 g cream cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- some lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- possibly vinegar
Instructions

Mix the crème fraîche, quark and sour cream together until smooth and season the cream with salt, lemon juice, sugar and, if desired, a little vinegar.
