Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 65 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 pack of cream pudding powder
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Combine the first five ingredients in a dough and pour it into a springform pan, pricking it several times with a fork. Combine the quark, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, cream pudding, oil, and milk, and spread the cream over the dough in the springform pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°C (top/bottom heat), middle rack. Finally, beat three egg whites with three tablespoons of sugar until stiff, pour it onto the hot cake, and bake for another 10 minutes.
