Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g rye flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 ½ jars of applesauce
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- n. B. cinnamon – sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Whisk together margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, then let it cool. Spread the applesauce on top. Whip the cream and stir in the sour cream, spread it on top of the mash, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
