Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 75 g bacon, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Chives (frozen)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and cook until tender. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Fry the bacon and garlic, then add the sour cream. Mix with the cooked potatoes. Season with spices and chives to taste.
