Spaghetti with tuna and tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.3 cups of cream
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • lemon juice
  • basil
  • oregano

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry briefly in a little oil. Then add the tomatoes, cream, and cream cheese. Season to taste. Simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. I let the sauce simmer until the pasta was tender. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Just before the pasta is tender, stir the tuna into the sauce and heat briefly. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
