Tortellini in ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of tortellini
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 can peas – carrots – vegetables
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and ham and fry in a little oil. Pour in the water and stir in the granulated stock. Bring everything to a boil, then add the heavy cream and milk. Take a little milk first and mix it with the flour until lump-free. Thicken the sauce with the flour and milk mixture, stirring continuously and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked tortellini and canned vegetables to the sauce. Stir, heat through, and serve.
