Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g powdered sugar
- e.g. lemon juice
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Cream the butter until smooth. Stir the ingredients with the butter until a smooth, pliable dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface (approx. 0.5–1 cm thick) and cut out stars using a cookie cutter. Bake the cookies at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 12 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze and brush it onto the cooled cookies with a pastry brush.
