Sour cream with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g quark (20%)
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • some cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • chives
  • some Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine sour cream, yogurt, quark, and a dash of cream. Peel the garlic and press it into the mixture. Mix well. Then finely chop the chives and mix in. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. Tastes great with wild potatoes or grilled meats. A fresh baguette also goes perfectly with it.
